Solution: FanOne Marketing created new pre-event and post-event email templates for the Union
The updated templates included:
Highlights: More engaging, newly created templates were developed and automated to communicate with Philadelphia Union fans, on both a pre- and post-event basis. For example, all fans scheduled to attend a Saturday evening game were sent an automated pre-event email. This communication included game details, venue information, links to purchase additional tickets, and valuable sponsorship space. The new templates not only increased potential sponsorship revenue, but also provided fans with additional information and resources, which ultimately led to an increase in game related sales.
